The platform fee and how it is calculated are set in the cooperation offer, before you start. Bank fees are separate and always visible in advance.
Payouts
The bank pays out financed purchases under the financing partner's terms. AMIO never receives or holds the money.
Declined requests
If the bank declines a request, the customer can pay the usual way. The sale does not have to be lost.
Returns
You handle the return and the bank adjusts the financing, following the agreed procedure.
